ck4 Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

This document serves as a legal agreement between ck4 and the user. From the moment a user accesses the ck4 platform, creates an account, or begins using any service, they are considered to have agreed to these terms.

ck4 reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to visit this page regularly.

These terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. ck4 is an online entertainment platform operated exclusively for adult users.

2. Account Registration

To create an account on ck4, users must provide accurate and complete information. If an account is opened with false or incorrect information, ck4 has the right to cancel it at any time, and any funds in that account may be forfeited.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, mobile number, or banking details is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Giving any third party access to an account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify ck4 support immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

ck4 reserves the right to verify accounts at any time using identity documents, mobile OTP, or other methods. Withdrawals and certain services may be restricted until verification is complete. Cooperating with the verification process is the user's responsibility.

3. Age Verification and Participation Requirements

All ck4 services are for persons aged 21+ only. If a minor opens or attempts to open an account, ck4 will close it immediately and all transactions on that account will be considered void.

ck4 does not provide services to residents of areas in Bangladesh where online gaming or betting is restricted. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations of their area.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for deposits and withdrawals on ck4. The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Enter the deposit amount correctly; sending the wrong amount may cause delays in processing.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, wagering requirements must be met.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected on an account, ck4 may temporarily suspend withdrawals on that account and request additional verification. If any evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be closed.

5. Bonus Terms

ck4 offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, wagering requirements must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 is required.

5.1 General Bonus Use Policy

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and expiry, which are stated on the offer page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the terms explicitly allow it.
• There may be a maximum bet limit when using a bonus; exceeding it may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If fraudulent activity is detected through bonus use, the account will be closed.
• ck4 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on ck4 are operated through verified third-party software providers. Each outcome is determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to play games is prohibited.
• Exploiting any game glitch or bug to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players is prohibited.
• Placing bets in a calculated manner with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus hunting) is prohibited.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to server downtime, internet disconnection, or other technical issues, ck4 will attempt to settle the bet automatically. However, in such situations a bet may be cancelled. ck4 will not be held responsible for this.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

ck4 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violating any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Creating an account with false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to exploit the system.
• Being identified as a minor.

8. Limitation of Liability

The ck4 platform is provided "as is". ck4 holds no liability for the following:

• If a game or bet is cancelled due to internet disconnection.

• For faults in the user's own device or software.
• For losses caused by cyberattacks or unauthorised third-party access.
